8. COACHING AGREEMENT AND SERVICES

8.1 Coaching Agreement Precedence

At the time you engage our coaching services, you will enter into a specific Coaching Agreement (contract). This Coaching Agreement will govern the coach-client relationship and will include detailed terms regarding:

Unless otherwise specified in your Coaching Agreement, our general cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session
Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services
